All sales and installations performed by Blink are final. 

 

Support

All customers receive an initial setup and configuration for application(s), as well as ongoing remote application support. 

Product Warranty

Blink provides the following warranties: 

Permanent Holiday Lighting

  • 3 year warranty for all lights, controllers, and lighting gateways 
  • 5 year warranty for all base channels and covers 
  •  

 

Liability

Blink is not responsible for how your house is internally wired. Blink assumes that your house/business meets all US standard electrical codes. Blink assumes no liability for any electrical problem in your home/business, should one arise, and will not be held responsible for any damages. Customer assumes all responsibility. 

Image Release

Customer, as the owner or authorized representative of the property and by signing final invoice or making payment, unless otherwise requested, gives Blink permission and assigns permission to create and use content (including photographs and videos) depicting the property in any media, for any purpose (excluding defamation) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. Customer agrees that the content may be combined with other content, text, and graphics and cropped, altered, or modified. Customer agrees that all rights to the content belong to Blink in fullness.
